이용약관

1. 서비스

Bounty는 커플이 서로에게 퀘스트(바운티)를 걸고, 수행을 인증하고, 약속한 보상을 주고받는 놀이 서비스입니다. 계정을 만들고 상대와 페어링하면 함께 만든 콘텐츠가 두 사람에게 공유됩니다.

2. 바운티는 진짜 계약이 아닙니다

앱 안의 "계약서", "서명", "도장", "위반(breach)" 등의 표현은 재미를 위한 연출입니다. 바운티·소원권·원장은 법적 구속력이 없으며, 앱은 현실의 금전·재화 지급을 강제하거나 중개하지 않습니다. 보상 이행은 전적으로 두 사람 사이의 일입니다.

3. 계정

• 앱은 익명 계정으로 시작하며, Apple/Google 로그인을 연결해 백업할 수 있습니다.
• 계정과 데이터는 설정에서 언제든 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다(개인정보 처리방침 4조).
• 만 14세 미만(또는 거주 지역 기준 연령 미만)은 이용할 수 없습니다.

4. 금지 행위

• 불법·유해한 내용의 퀘스트/보상/사진 등록, 타인 권리 침해(초상권·저작권 포함)
• 상대방에 대한 강요·괴롭힘·협박 수단으로의 사용
• 서비스의 비정상적 이용(자동화, 취약점 악용, 리버스 엔지니어링)

위반 시 콘텐츠 삭제 또는 이용 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.

5. 콘텐츠

이용자가 만든 콘텐츠(퀘스트 문구, 사진 등)의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 개발자는 서비스 제공(파트너 동기화, 푸시, 공유카드 생성)에 필요한 범위에서만 이를 처리합니다. 공유카드 내보내기 등으로 콘텐츠를 앱 밖에 게시하는 것은 이용자의 선택이자 책임입니다.

6. 유료 기능

현재 모든 기능은 무료입니다. 추후 꾸미기·확장 기능(Bounty+)이 유료로 제공될 수 있으며, 결제·환불은 App Store / Google Play 정책을 따릅니다. 핵심 놀이 기능(페어링·바운티·승인·기본 공유)은 무료로 유지됩니다.

7. 보증의 부인 및 책임 제한

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 무료 서비스의 특성상, 관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서 개발자는 서비스 중단·데이터 손실·이용자 간 분쟁(보상 불이행 포함)에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

8. 약관 변경 및 준거법

약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.

Terms of Service

1. The service

Bounty is a playful service where couples post side quests (bounties) to each other, prove they cleared them, and pay up the promised reward. When you pair with a partner, the content you build together is shared between the two of you.

2. Bounties are not real contracts

The in-app "contracts", "signatures", "stamps" and "breach" language are theatrical. Bounties, wish coupons and the ledger are not legally binding; the app does not enforce or broker any real-world payment or goods. Whether a reward actually gets paid is entirely between you and your partner.

3. Accounts

• The app starts with an anonymous account; you can link Apple/Google sign-in to back it up.
• You can permanently delete your account and data anytime in settings (see the Privacy Policy, §4).
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your region).

4. What you can't do

• Post quests, rewards or photos that are illegal or harmful, or that infringe others' rights (including likeness and copyright)
• Use the app to coerce, harass or threaten your partner
• Abuse the service (automation, exploiting vulnerabilities, reverse engineering)

Violations may lead to content removal or restricted access.

5. Content

You own the content you create (quest text, photos, …). The developer processes it only as needed to run the service (partner sync, push, share-card rendering). Posting content outside the app (e.g. exported share cards) is your choice and responsibility.

6. Paid features

Everything is currently free. Cosmetic and expanded features (Bounty+) may later be offered as paid subscriptions; billing and refunds follow App Store / Google Play policies. The core loop (pairing, bounties, approvals, basic sharing) stays free.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for outages, data loss, or disputes between users (including unpaid rewards).

8. Changes & governing law

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
